About Our Directors

Greg Wilson

Greg Wilson has 28 years work experience with 20 years in various project management related roles and has managed numerous business and IT related projects as an in-house project manager, a contract project manager and a consulting project manager.

Greg’s experience includes roles as an IT Manager and as a Service Delivery Manager. Greg has presented at both the Project Management Institute and Australian Institute of Project Management conferences. Greg has trained over 1500 people over the past ten years.

Greg’s experience includes the development of organisational project management methodology for clients and the subsequent customisation of any project management training in order to embed the methodology. Greg combines this with an excellent understanding of project management standards and his practical experience of managing real world projects in order to add value to participants in PMDI courses.

Mark Guiney

Mark Guiney has over 17 years of industry experience including executive roles as a National Operations Manager and as a HR Consultant. Within Mark’s roles throughout his business career he has driven many projects including the delivery of technology solutions through to larger construction, outsourcing and organisational change programs.

Within the past few years, Mark has predominantly managed projects in training product development as well as development of in-house project methodology for clients. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).

Mark also holds a Masters Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and has a particular interest in the adaptation of project management methodology to achieve results in reduced time business cycles. He has been teaching Project Management for the past five years and also delivers workshops in Business innovation.
