Mark Guiney is the Director of Project Management Development International Pty Ltd (PMDI) and has over 20 years of General Management experience including executive roles as a National Operations Manager managing staff groups in excess of 140 people and as a Senior HR Consultant.
Mark’s experience includes both; Program and Project Management roles ranging from large IT outsourcing, multiple re-organisations, the establishment of a National Technology Centre through to organisational change programs and the delivery of client site telecommunication solutions.
In recent years, Mark has predominantly managed projects in multimedia training product development as well as developing in-house project methodology for engineering organisations.
Mark is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and has previously been an assessor for their (RegPM) Professional Certification program.
Mark also holds a Master Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and has a particular interest in the adaptation of project management methodology to achieve results in reduced business cycles.
He has been teaching Project Management for the past eight years and also delivers workshops in Business innovation. He is currently mentoring several start-up companies.
