We will never share your information with third parties outside PMDI and Training Delivery partners specific to your program of study eg EEA, The Moreland Group or any other specified training organisation, unless you give express permission for us to do so, or unless we are required to do so under applicable law.
In order to access the learning management system and its content you have been asked to provide some personally identifiable information. This is required in order to:establish you as a bona fide person on the learning management system and to enable learning based progress reports - both for you and for any RTO (Registered Training Organisation) audit requirements and to communicate with you during the period of your online access - customer service and technical support
Employees of PMDI or approved contractors or resellers have access to personally identifiable customer information. All employees, contractors, and resellers are legally bound to uphold this policy and observe your right to privacy and confidentiality.
We store all email transactions and strive to keep records of phone calls with customers and partners so we have a history of our interactions that can be used for Customer Service Support and Technical Support.
We may occasionally conduct online surveys that may ask you for information related to the learning content and/or your experience of the system.
